Dr Louise Tourle
Gender: Female
Dr Louise Tourle is a NHS and private General Practitioner practicing in Eastbourne since 2013. She qualified from Brighton and Sussex Medical School in 2008 and undertook GP training in the Mid-Sussex area during which she gained the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (2011) and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (2013). She worked locally as a GP partner until 2019 and since has worked at various practices as a GP locum in the East Sussex area and in various NHS GP roles at SDHC.
She enjoys the variety that general practice brings with the opportunity to provide comprehensive care with patients’ needs at the heart of this. Dr Tourle feels that patient empowerment and support in the self-management of medical conditions is key to long term optimal health and wellbeing. Areas of clinical practice that Dr Tourle particularly enjoys are dermatology and women’s health.
Dr Tourle lives in Eastbourne with her husband, 2 children, Lilly the cat, and her lovely Cavapoo Hazel. In her spare time you will find her in the garden, sowing seeds, propagating plants and striving for a beautiful cut flower garden. Or cross stitching, depending on the weather!
