Covid Vaccination Service
SDHC GP Federation has played a crucial role in delivering the COVID-19 vaccination programme in East Sussex. Since December 2020, SDHC have coordinated and provided dedicated support to ensure the successful delivery of the vaccination programme for residents in East Sussex.

COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Clinics: Walk-Ins Accepted
We are pleased to offer walk-in vaccination appointments at the following locations. Please note that walk-ins are subject to availability.
Eastbourne
Hampden Park - 12 Brodrick Close, Hampden Park, Eastbourne BN22 9NQ
Walk-in Clinic Dates and Times:
- Every Saturday and Sunday in April (excluding Easter Sunday) (9am to 7:30pm)
Eastbourne Library - Grove Road, Eastbourne BN21 4TL

Eligibility
The announced and authorised cohorts for the spring 2025 vaccination programme will cover:
- adults aged 75 years and over
- residents in a care home for older adults
- individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in COVID-19: the green book, chapter 14a; Tables 3 and 4
This includes individuals who will turn 75 years old by 17th June 2025, who will be eligible for vaccination at any point during the campaign.

Evidence of Vaccination
If you require a certificate of your COVID vaccination, please be aware neither we nor your practice can issue this certificate. Find further information on the UK Government website
Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHS app (Please note third party apps may not display this info for you).
Transportation to and from the Vaccination Centre
Unfortunately, there will be no free community transport offer available for patients for the Spring phase of the vaccination programme.
This decision has been guided by NHS England, as commissioners of the programme.
